For over 95 years,
Family Service League has been taking care of Long Island’s communities. The
Fay J. Lindner Health and Wellness Center located on the Judith and Thomas
Iovino Campus in Bay Shore is a model of integrated health care. With
physicians onsite, through a collaboration with South Shore University Hospital
Northwell Health, clients receive the primary medical care and
counseling they need in one place.
Everyone can be a
part of this Center by purchasing a brick on the Pathway to Health and
Wellness. This brick will commemorate a commitment to your community and to
Family Service League, the only accredited human services agency in Suffolk
County recognized by the Council on Accreditation of Children &,
Families.
