The purpose of the JCSE-VA Legacy Paver Project
is to create a lasting tribute to the courage and tenacity found in the Service
Members, Civilians, and Contractors who faithfully and honorably served and
supported the Communications Support Element (CSE) and the Joint Communications
Support Element (JCSE) organizations in combat and peacetime. Let’s Honor the legacy of all who served The
Voice Heard Around the World!
All proceeds raised from the Legacy Paver Project will be invested into future projects to promote and enhance the morale and esprit-de-corps of the entire JCSE Family. The Legacy Pavers will be unveiled during the annual JCSE Founders Day event held at the JCSE compound in early December each year. All pavers are permanently placed outside the main entrance of Veterans Hall located on the JCSE compound.
