Dear Friends of Allgood,
Somewhere in the rich history of the Allgood Road Church you may have attended a worship experience, participated in one of our ministries, was a member of our fellowship, given a financial contribution or offered a prayer for our ministry. Your act of generosity regardless of how large or small has had a major impact on the Allgood Road Church and its ability to minister to the needs of people.
Our church has touched many of lives in its 54 years of existence.
As you know, many
have come to the saving grace of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ through Worship Experiences,
Bible Studies, Community Outreach programs and the Empowering Ministries that have addressed the
individual needs of the total person. Perhaps you have been a recipient of the Allgood Road
Experience that has helped you grow spiritually because of your exposure to the ministry of Jesus
Christ at the Allgood Road Church.
As we embark upon our 54th Church Anniversary (August 31,2014), we would like you
to consider partnering with us as we continue to build upon our great legacy. God is leading us in
a project to build a garden on the South Wing of our campus.
This garden will be a place of
Remembrance, Hope and Strength.
By sowing a seed of $250, your name or the name of a
loved one that you wish to honor in life of in memory will be etched on a brick and placed in our
garden for years to come. Your seed of $250 will not only go towards our garden but it will also
allow us to continue in our efforts of pursuing excellence. Through your financial support we are
able to participate in the ministry and mission of the United Methodist Church both locally and
around the world. Will you accept our invitation to become one of our two hundred partners in
our “Garden Project” through your prayers and financial support? All partners of this project will
be recognized during our Church Anniversary Worship Experience on August 31, 2014. All financial
gifts and brick content are requested by August 5, 2014.
Thank you for your continual prayers and generosity.
It enables us to be “A Place Where
God’s Grace Leads to New Life.”
It’s Allgood,
Tariq
