Downtown Brandon Alliance

The "Buy-A-Brick" Campaign is a special project of The Downtown Brandon Alliance (aka The DBA), a committed group of Brandon residents who are working together to help make an Even Better Brandon, while our town survives and even thrives during the next 30 months of Downtown renovation work.  Our kick off renovation campaign invites you to "Leave Your Mark in Central Park" by buying a brick and having it inscribed with your name or a special thought of your choosing.  Your brick, together with many others will become a living memorial, a testament to all those who have contributed in large and small ways to make Brandon unhurried, unspoiled and unforgettable.

Bricks can have up to three lines with 23 characters per line; yes punctuation marks do count. Please order before September 30th to insure your brick(s) will be in this first phase of the work.

Dubbed nearly 20 years ago now as the "Segment 6" project, this major change to our Town is at last upon us!  And we will soon begin to see the improvements to our town that the planned Route 7 realignment will bring.

We will see many exciting changes that will make Brandon even BETTER:
New underground sanitary sewer and new, modern water lines
New underground storm sewer with state-of-the-art storm water management
New underground electrical and cable systems will be installed in the downtown core to remove unsightly poles & wires
New sidewalks connecting every business that are walkable and ADA compliant
Redesigned Downtown Parks that will highlight Brandon's special monuments
New trees, shrubs, and other landscaping that will beautify our core Downtown and residential streets

The Central Park phase of this renovation project is expected to be completed by November of this year.  We are planning other exciting events during the next phases of this great project.

Please join your friends & neighbors at this very special moment in our history.
