Once you’ve completed your order form you can email it to and we will send you an invoice within 24 hours.

Q: How much does it cost to have a brick or tile engraved?

Our engraved 4″x 8″ bricks start as low as $17.50 each when you purchase 5 or more in that size. We have the best and most transparent pricing in the industry. Please click here to see pricing for all of our products.

Q: How much is shipping?

Standard ground shipping within the continental U.S. is ALWAYS free with all orders. There are no hidden fees or additional charges for things like lift gate, pallet jack, limited access or residential delivery. Small orders are shipped via USPS or UPS in boxes. Larger orders are shipped via freight on a pallet(s). All freight trucks are equipped with a lift gate and pallet jack to make your delivery as easy as possible.

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

We have the best turnaround time in the industry. Once your invoice is paid in full our standard production time is 2-3 weeks, keep in mind during our busy season this schedule can run 3-4 weeks and we ship as soon as your order is engraved. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped and the freight company will make arrangements with you for delivery. If you have a deadline please be sure to note it in writing on the “shipping” tab of our order form. We can also accommodate rush orders for an additional fee. The rush order charge ensures we start working on your order the next business day after we receive payment but does not include rush shipping.

Q: What if I need my order sooner?

If you need your order sooner than our normal 2-3 week turnaround time a rush order fee can be added. The Rush Fee is $50 for orders under $500 or 10% of the invoice total for orders over $500. A rush order guarantees we start processing your order the next business day and it ships as soon as it’s ready. Q: How long does a brick or tile fundraiser last?

Your fundraiser can be ongoing for as long as your organization wants to raise money.

Q: How much money could we raise selling bricks or tiles?

That really depends on how much you charge your donors and how well you market your fundraiser. We would highly recommend offering all sizes of brick or tile we carry and using a tiered pricing approach. Check out our brick fundraiser page to see our potential profitability chart.

Q: How much should we charge donors for their bricks or tiles?

The best answer is you know your donors best. Every community is unique as is every project. We know organizations that charge as little as $40 for an engraved brick or tile and organizations that charge several thousand dollars for the same size brick or tile. To maximize the profitability of your fundraiser we recommend the following: be sure to offer donors multiple sizes, this will give everyone the opportunity to participate in your project. Offer bricks and tiles with clip art, logos or custom artwork option at a higher price than text only brick or tiles. You can also offer the larger sized bricks as “business bricks” to bigger donors and include their logo for a premium. Please feel free to give us a call if you need more tips or have questions.

Q: What type of font can I choose to be engraved?

We can engrave in any font or language, please click here to see our most popular fonts. Only one font per organization. If no font is specified on your order Neutraface will be used.

Q: How many letters or characters per line of text can be engraved on a brick or tile?

Depending on the font selected, we suggest 18 to 20 spaces per line (including blank spaces, letters and characters). This is our standard for engraved bricks or tiles without clip art. With clip art we suggest no more than 15 spaces per line for 4” x 8” brick or tile. Below is a chart with specific information for each brick and tile size. Please contact us if you have a special requirement, we’re very flexible and would be happy to answer any questions you might have.

Q: Can you engrave a photo?

We are only able to engrave line art, please contact us if you’re not sure your artwork can be engraved, we would be happy to help you.

Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity?

We don’t have a minimum order quantity, you can order as little as one brick, please visit our single brick order page. In order to get our lowest pricing you must order at least 5 or more per size brick or tile. Small order fees apply to orders of less than 5 per size ordered.

Q: Can you engrave our existing bricks?

In most cases yes. We do require a sample brick to do a test engraving to be sure the brick quality meets our standards for engraving. If you choose to use your own bricks there is a onetime set up fee of $20 per size brick you will be ordering. This allows us to create a custom template for your bricks or tiles. If your brick or tile is the same size as what we stock there will be no set up fee. If your brick or tile size varies from what we stock please call us for a custom quote at 1-800-546-7993.

Q: Can you provide us with blank bricks?

Yes we could but due to the shipping cost it would be best for you to source blank bricks locally. The colors we offer are standard and easy to match. You can use your free engraved sample to find a matching color brick locally.

Q: What color bricks are available?

We carry 4 different colors in concrete: beige, gray, tan and red. We also offer clay bricks in red only. To view our color choices and sizes please read our engraved bricks page.

Q: What’s the difference between clay and concrete bricks and which is better for engraving?

They are both good for engraving, however we’re one of the only companies that engraves in both clay AND concrete for the same price. We carry one of the highest quality clay bricks in the industry, it is a dark rich red color and has an antique look. Concrete bricks have a smoother finish and are more durable than clay bricks.

Q: What color tiles are available?

We offer three types of tiles porcelain, quarry and black granite. In porcelain we offer beige and brown 6×6 and 12×12 tiles as well as porcelain wood grain tiles in 6×12. Quarry tiles come in beige, gray and red. We also carry black granite tiles in multiple sizes. To view our color choices and sizes please read our engraved tiles page.

Q: Can you help us install our bricks or tiles?

We do not provide installation services, we suggest contacting a few local companies to compare price and services. Since installation will be your biggest expense you may be able to get a local company to donate some or all of the installation.

Q: How should the bricks or tiles be installed?

We recommend contacting a local professional for your brick or tile installation. Most organizations use a sand bed installation for the bricks. This way blank bricks can be easily removed and replaced with engraved ones allowing you to continue your fundraising campaign for years to come.

Q: What type of engraving process do you use?

We use a hybrid method that combines both laser engraving and sandblasting. The engraving is then painted using the same paint used on tombstones so it’s extremely durable. Your bricks and tiles will look great for years to come. With over 17 years in business we have not had one project replaced. Our highly skilled engravers are able to engrave intricate logos, custom artwork and detailed fonts. We want to provide you with the highest quality engravings possible and the very best customer service and marketing tools to ensure a successful campaign!

Q: Do you have a warranty?

Yes, please click here for details

Q: Do I need to sign a contract?

No, we do not require a contract, we know you will be satisfied with our engraving services, products and customer service! We have happy customers, just read our customer testimonials and you will see.

Q: How many times per year do I have to order if I’m doing a fundraiser?

You can place as many or as few orders as you wish, we do not require any specific order minimums.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?

If you are ordering within the state of Florida yes, we are required to by law unless you are a tax exempt organization. Please send us your tax exempt certificate when ordering. If ordering out of the state there is no sales tax.
