Standard ground shipping within the continental U.S. is ALWAYS free with all orders. There are no hidden fees or additional charges for things like a lift gate, pallet jack, limited access or residential delivery. Small orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx in boxes. Larger orders are shipped via freight on a pallet(s). All freight trucks are equipped with a lift gate and pallet jack to make your delivery as easy as possible.
We have the best turnaround time in the industry. Once your invoice is paid in full our standard production time is 3-6 weeks and we ship as soon as your order is engraved. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped and the freight company will make arrangements with you for delivery. If you have a deadline please be sure to note it in writing on the “shipping” tab of our order form. We can also accommodate rush orders for an additional fee. The rush order charge ensures we start working on your order the next business day after we receive payment but does not include rush shipping.
If you need your order sooner than our regular production time we can accommodate Rush Orders. Rush orders will be fulfilled within 7-14 days of receiving full payment and ship right after. Rush orders are an additional $50.00 for orders under $500 or 10% of the invoice total for orders over $500. Keep in mind that this does not include rush shipping.Regular ground shipping is always free within the Continental U.S. Your order will be sent ground unless you request expedited shipping, which can be added to your order and invoiced separately from your rush fee. While we’re unable to guarantee shipping times, we rely on our shipping partners to deliver on time service.

Your fundraiser can be ongoing for as long as your organization wants to raise money.
That really depends on how much you charge your donors and how well you market your fundraiser. We would highly recommend offering all sizes of brick or tile we carry and using a tiered pricing approach. Check out our brick fundraiser page to see our potential profitability chart.
The best answer is you know your donors best. Every community is unique as is every project. We know organizations that charge as little as $40 for an engraved brick or tile and organizations that charge several thousand dollars for the same size brick or tile. To maximize the profitability of your fundraiser we recommend the following: be sure to offer donors multiple sizes, this will give everyone the opportunity to participate in your project. Offer bricks and tiles with clip art, logos or custom artwork option at a higher price than text only brick or tiles. You can also offer the larger sized bricks as “business bricks” to bigger donors and include their logo for a premium. Please feel free to give us a call if you need more tips or have questions.
Depending on the font selected, we suggest 18 to 20 spaces per line (including blank spaces, letters and characters). This is our standard for engraved bricks or tiles without clip art. With clip art, we suggest no more than 15 spaces per line for 4” x 8” brick or tile. Below is a chart with specific information for each brick and tile size. Please contact us if you have a special requirement, we’re very flexible and would be happy to answer any questions you might have.
We can engrave any clip art from our expansive library and most custom logos or artwork of your choice for just $6 per engraved artwork with no set up fees. For custom logos or artwork send us your high resolution (Preferably black and white no shading) file as an attachment to [email protected]. Placement of clip art, logos or artwork will be left to the discretion of our engravers.

Customer warrants that he/she has the right to license the rights granted under this Agreement to use any Licensed Materials and that he/she has obtained any and all necessary permissions from third parties to license any Licensed Materials, and that use of any Licensed Materials in accordance with the terms of this Agreement shall not infringe the copyright of any third party. The Customer shall indemnify and hold Polar Engraving and its employees harmless for any losses, claims, damages, awards, penalties, or injuries incurred, including reasonable attorney’s fees, which arise from any claim by any third party of an alleged infringement of copyright or any other property right arising out of the use of the Licensed Materials by Polar Engraving or any Authorized User in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This indemnity shall survive the termination of this agreement. NO LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SET FORTH ELSEWHERE IN THIS AGREEMENT IS APPLICABLE TO THIS INDEMNIFICATION. The Customer agrees that the jurisdiction for the purpose of this Agreement shall be Collier County, Florida, USA.
We don’t have a minimum order quantity, you can order as little as one brick ($59), in order to get our lowest pricing, you must order at least 5 or more per size brick or tile. Small order fees apply to orders of less than 5 per size ordered. See our pricing page for more details.
In most cases yes but your organization would be responsible for the cost and logistics to get your bricks or tiles to us and we would only do them in batches of 20 or more. We do require a sample brick or tile to do a test engraving to be sure the brick quality meets our standards for engraving. If you choose to use your own bricks there is a onetime set up fee of $20 per size brick or tile you will be ordering. This allows us to create a custom template for your bricks or tiles. If your brick or tile is the same size as what we stock there will be no set up fee. If your brick or tile size varies from what we stock please call us for a custom quote at 1-800-546-7993.
Yes we could but due to the shipping cost it would be best for you to source blank bricks locally. The colors we offer are standard and easy to match. You can use your free engraved sample to find a matching color brick locally.
They are both good for engraving, however we’re one of the only companies that engraves in both clay AND concrete for the same price. We carry one of the highest quality clay bricks in the industry, it is a dark rich red color and has an antique look. Concrete bricks have a smoother finish and are more durable than clay bricks.
We do not provide installation services, we always suggest contacting a few local licensed professionals to compare price and services. Since installation will be your biggest expense you may be able to get a local company to donate some or all of the installation. You may also want to look within your own organization for answers or installation expertise.
We recommend contacting a local professional for your brick or tile installation. Most organizations use a sand bed installation for the bricks. This way blank bricks can be easily removed and replaced with engraved ones allowing you to continue your fundraising campaign for years to come.
We use a hybrid method that combines both laser engraving and sandblasting. The engraving is then painted using the same paint used on tombstones so it’s extremely durable. Your bricks and tiles will look great for years to come. With over 19 years in business we have not had one project replaced. Our highly skilled engravers are able to engrave intricate logos, custom artwork and detailed fonts. No, we do not require a contract, we know you will be satisfied with our engraving services, products and customer service! We have happy customers, just read our customer testimonials and you will see.
You can place as many or as few orders as you wish, we do not require any specific order minimums.
If you are ordering within the state of Florida yes, we are required to by law unless you are a tax exempt organization. Please send us your tax exempt certificate when ordering. If ordering out of the state there is no sales tax.
