“Leave Your Mark” Brick Fundraiser
Since 2007, The Islamic Academy of Youngstown has had the privilege to serve the greater Youngstown region, as the area’s only full-time Islamic School. The determination to keep moving forward is what drives IAY to bigger and better things. Our next project in mind is to develop the property, around the school, into a state-of-the-art playground for our students and community members to enjoy. Within this playground area, we intend on incorporating a commemorative sidewalk dedicated to all of the community support that has helped make IAY into what it is today.
Brick by brick, together, we can make something truly beautiful. By purchasing an engraved brick, you can forever be apart of IAY’s future and history. This is “sadaqah jariyah” (ceaseless charity), literally, in your hands, InshAllah. The bricks can be personalized with names, dates, motivational quotes, business logos or personalized art work. A brick can also be purchased to honor a family member, celebrate a special occasion or just to show school or community spirit! May Allah continue to bless you all, make all of your burdens easy to bare and on the Day of Judgment your scales be over flowing with good deeds too numerous to count, Ameen.
