Lexington Little League Park Renovation

We are raising money to fund renovations for the Lexington Little League Softball/Baseball fields.

Although the park grounds are owned by the City of Lexington, we are responsible for all maintenance & upkeep.

We have multiple phases that will be completed as funding is available and will begin early spring 2015!

The pavers will be used to enhance the area around the Xander Moore Memorial and will be a lasting reminder of your honoring Xander as well as to show your support for our Lexington Little League children.

Phase I :

•         Level fields for drainage and recondition fields with sand/clay.

•         Remove & replace field fences with 2 3/8” pipe and new 5’ chain link.

•         Extend backstops for safety to kids and fans during play.

•         Build new block dugouts.

•         Add 2” water lines to all fields and maintenance equipment. (i.e., field rakes, drags, etc.)

Phase II :

•         Add additional lights to all fields.

•         Add score boards to all fields.

•         Remodel / continued maintenance of bathrooms.

•         Renovate areas between fields to be more conducive to crowds. (i.e., sidewalks, seating). 

Our goal through all fund raising efforts is $40,000.
