The War Dog Memorial in Colorado Springs will be a place where Military Working Dogs and Contract Working Dogs will be revered forever.

The Memorial will be a place where everyone can learn about our nation’s War Dogs as well as be a place of reflection for those who served with and whose lives were saved by these amazing hero dogs.

Because of their selfless devotion and loyalty, many fathers, mothers, husbands, wives, sons and daughters have returned home to their families.  These noble warriors work tirelessly in scorching heat, freezing cold, blinding sand and torrential rain without complaint and ask for nothing in return.

We have chosen to build this War Dog Memorial to give these heroes with fur the honor and respect they have earned and deserve. For generations to come, this Memorial will stand honor the War Dogs that are the truly our “Forgotten Heroes”.

Purchasing a Honor Brick is an opportunity for you to not only be a part of building the War Dog Memorial but to also honor someone’s Military Service, a K-9 Partner, Family Member, Pet, Friend, Club, Organization or even yourself in support.
