We welcome all of Vashon to join us in establishing a community
Memory Garden. To fund this project, and
others, we are making engraved bricks available to donors.
Commemorate a joyous and memorable occasion in your life or
honor a loved one’s life. The bricks can
be engraved in any language with or without artwork.
Your brick will be set in the Memory Garden on the grounds of
the Vashon Havurah, nestled in the curve of the meditation path and open
year-round.

The Vashon Havurah is a warm and welcoming home for the spiritual, social, and intellectual needs of the Jewish Community of Vashon Island. We aim to:
• foster the
exploration of the richness and diversity of Jewish life;
• create an
egalitarian setting where each member’s individual Jewish path is honored and
supported;
• cultivate the
tenets of Judaism through Study (Torah), Justice (Tzedakah), Prayer (T’filah),
Deeds of Loving Kindness (G’milut Chasidim), and
Healing the World (Tikkun Olam).
