Our organization a non profit corporation, began fundraising in March of 2014 for the purpose of acquiring, revitalizing, maintaining and
promoting public lands in the community of Taft, OK, to create avenues:
*to improve the health
and wellness for our citizens;
*to give our town a better look;
*to create educational
opportunities for children and youth through after school and summer tutoring programs in math and
reading;
*to offer organized activities for children and youth to promote team building and
leadership,
*to offer a gathering place for public outdoor activities where children and adults
can interact together.

Our first project, Memorial Fitness Trail will be a one mile walking trail from
Juniper St to Hwy 162, with an embedded brick and asphalt walkway. Solar lighting, rest stops with
benches and trash receptacles. Landscaping on the north side of the trail adjacent to Old
Taft Road. The estimated cost of this project is $100,000. We must raise 40% or $40,000.
