I am Jarod Burgardt, a Life Scout of Troop 4 working on my Eagle project. As you know, the Eagle is scouting's highest honor and requires the scout to lead a service project.
The Buildings and Grounds committee of St. John Neumann Parish were glad enough to give me the opportunity to make a memorial flag pole on the church grounds. This flag pole will commemorate Joseph A. Scheinkoenig as well as those who were in service, living or deceased.
I will be selling commemorative bricks that can be inscribed, in the gathering
space for a minimal of $35 each. Donations are also accepted.
The money will go into funding the project as well as to pay for the bricks.
