Building for Tomorrow has four phases.
1. Parking Lot improvements (including removing old bank buildings, repaving and striping the entire lot.) {This work is completed and we are working toward paying off an internal loan from FUMCSM Foundation}
2. Sanctuary improvements (including removing and replacing all exterior siding after damage from a hailstorm and repairing and protecting stained glass windows from further damage). {The siding work is completed, and the stained-glass windows are in process.}
3. Fellowship Hall and Family Ministries spaces (including contemporary worship space, community ministry spaces, nursery, children, and youth rooms). {This phase is still in the brainstorming and dreaming session, but we are moving forward around three primary focus area}.
4. Parsonage Updates (the parsonage is a 1960’s building with original windows, doors, kitchen and bathrooms).
