The Gonzales County Veterans
Memorial Association is a 501(c)3 organization that has been established to
honor those who serve; past, present and future.
Plans are underway to build
a monument in Gonzales Texas, located on the corner of St. Lawrence Street and
Moore Street, behind the Gonzales Memorial Museum.
The names of all Veterans from Gonzales County who have been Casualties of War, Prisoners of War or who are Missing in Action will be listed on the Honor Wall. An obelisk will be erected honoring each branch of the military. Bricks will be available for purchase to honor Veterans.
