For Hazen’s 50th Anniversary, we are offering a chance for alumni, staff, students, and community members to create an everlasting symbol of their legacy by purchasing an engraved brick. The brick will become part of the base or adjacent path to a 50th anniversary statue, to be completed by June of 2019.
Purchase by December 31, 2019!
If paying by credit card:
1. choose "card payment" below or go to https://wa-renton.intouchreceipting.com/
2. Log in, or create an account by clicking the link “Register to make payments here
3. Click “Shop, Items At All Schools”, “High School”, “Hazen High School”, and “50th Anniversary”. Choose your item and quantity, then “Checkout".
4. Return to www.polarengraving.com/hazenhighschool and enter your information at the bottom of the page under "THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE". Select "continue".
a. Enter the phrasing and clipart code (see page 1) you would like on your brick
b. Bricks are $85 with clipart and $75 without, and have up to three lines of writing. All requests will be reviewed by administration before engraving
c. Even if you paid by credit card, leave the “Check By Mail” box checked and type 000 for the Check Number.
d. Press the “Purchase” button.
If paying by check:
1. Fill out the form at the bottom of this page and enter in the check number at the bottom of page two. Press the “Purchase” button.
2. Make check payable to Hazen High School and send to Hazen, 1101 Hoquiam Ave NE, Renton WA 98059. In the memo, please write “brick”. Include your name and contact information in the envelope so we can confirm receipt.
