Hound Dog Commons Free Community Dog Park will be a place where Nashvillians and their dogs can come enjoy a spacious off-leash park with seating for humans, shaded areas, grass and mulched sections, lights at night, a pup playground, a tennis ball launcher, and access to our coffee shop and artisanal market. Coffee, beer, and wine will be available for purchase for humans to refresh while their pups play, and food trucks will be on site often. Snacks will also be readily available inside, for both two legged and four legged guests. There will be free community pet friendly events such as Bark After Dark Movie Nights, and special events such as 'Paint With Your Pup' or 'Pups and Pumpkins' happening year round. And at Hound Dog Commons, ALL well behaved dogs are always welcome, regardless of breed.
The purchase of memorial and sponsor bricks will help our privately run park be all that it can be, while remaining free to the community. Bricks will be placed in either the walkway leading to the dog park or inside the park in the patio/seating areas, depending on the number of bricks sold. Whether you would like to remember a furbaby who has gone over the rainbow bridge or a human family member or friend, pay tribute to someone still with you, or simply use your brick for a message such as "Spay Neuter Adopt", "Don't Bully the Breed", etc, your personalized brick will be a permanent part of a Nashville community hub and a very special tribute!
Leave your mark on Nashville and support a great community space in the process!
