- Our mission is to provide Radcliff Elementary School with the playground it needs and the students deserve.
- Our goal is to raise $30,000 for the playground equipment (the school is funding the fence, mulch and build cost)
-- to date we have raised $18,615.00.
On September 10th, 2010, we lost our son, Isaiah to cancer.
Isaiah was a first grade student at Radcliff Elementary School.
Since Isaiah's school doesn't have a playground yet, we feel that providing this memorial playground for the school and our community is a wonderful way to thank them for their support while also honoring Isaiah's memory.
How can YOU help?
Everyone is invited to purchase a brick
either for you, your family or for someone else to commemorate a special occasion or to honor
or remember a special loved one.
You will be able to create your own message and choose from
selected designs for your brick(s).
The bricks will be
displayed as a sidewalk to the playground, so that in the years to come, you will be able to
bring your children and grandchildren to the "Walk of Love in
Isaiah's Memory" and see your name and theirs as a permanent legacy at Radcliff
Elementary School.
What a great way to be remembered or to honor and celebrate a
loved one!
They say it takes a village to raise a child and we
couldn't agree more.
Play is an important part of our
children's lives and it helps teach children important life skills.
The Isaiah Alonso Memorial Playground will
benefit hundreds, if not thousands of our children for many years to come and we're
thrilled at the opportunity to provide this playground in memory of our son, Isaiah.
Thank you very much for your
support!
