Our mission will be converting the existing memorial in front of the high school to be the Pennsville Memorial Veterans walkway. We would change the existing walkways to the memorial and add brick pavers with the names of Pennsville residents that have served in foreign wars. We would like to add four park benches, new lighting, and new low maintenance landscaping. We have reached out to the Pennsville Township and the Pennsville VFW.
Everyone we have talked to will give us the support we need. The project would surely show deep respect to our residents that have served for our freedom. It would also be a great educational site for our local schools to take the kids out to actually see the name of a loved one that has served in our military. Additionally, our residents will be able to visit or even ride by and see our site. We are sure they will have a sense of pride. We sincerely hope you will support us with your generous donation.
