Shady Oaks Camp

The parents, campers and staff at Shady Oaks Camp would like to sincerely thank you for visiting our donor website. Shady Oaks Camp is a 501c3 not for profit summer camp for children and adults with disabilities. SOC was founded in 1947 by The Parents Association for Cerebral Palsy Children, Inc. and is still owned and operated by the PA today. SOC is one of the only camps of its type still in existence today. We receive no government funding, and all of our over $300,000 it costs to operate camp is raised by the parents through fundraising, grant writing, or private donations. We are always looking for new and different ways to raise funds for camp and to remember those who have made camp what it is today. What better way than to combine the two with a memorial brick pathway!

 With the help of volunteers, SOC will be constructing a wishing well this summer with a "path of memories" leading to the well. The path with consist of beautiful 4" x 8" pavers and can be purchased for any occasion, i.e.

 -A holiday gift

 -A special occasion

-Honoring a loved one 

 By purchasing a brick, you will not only will be immortalizing your occasion or loved one but also be providing much needed funds to SOC. Bricks may also be customized to include your business logo or other graphic image from a catalog of clip art. We also offer a Replica 4 x 4 Tile as an addition to your brick for $15.00. The Replica Tile will have the same inscription as the full size brick you purchase and can be kept as a memory of your donation to SOC.
