You
will soon have a town square!
Congratulations West Point, Wilseyville and the Blue Mountain Region!

The West Point
Town Square is a branch of the Blue Mountain Players, a non-profit 501(c)3
organization. The plan is to create a community park: the West Point Town
Square. All with funds donated by community members, family and friends.
A
welcoming green space in the heart of this tiny Sierra Foothill community is
currently a vacant lot. We envision This creating a space to play, picnic and
perform. We raised funds to purchase the lot, but that is just the beginning.
While the property is now owned outright by the group with no mortgage payment,
utilities and insurance are ongoing before amenities can be built.
Additional funds were raised for county permits, design fees, and utilities. We
have just completed the restroom, and plans are in the works to build a gazebo.
Our slate of projects In addition to the gazebo as soon funds are available include
playground equipment, stage, a Native American area and picnic tables and etc.
The community
is rallying around the project to see it through to completion, relying on
community volunteers, work parties and funds raised through private
donations. The Brick-to-Brick and GoFundMe campaigns, Car donations,
Annual Block Party and Great Golf Ball Race, are uniting the community and
raising funds to complete the ongoing stages of development.
Your engraved
brick will a permanent acknowledgement of your generosity and contribution to
the creation of the West Point Town Square. A permanent tribute to All
who have worked so hard to make this happen.
