The Winter’s Park Playground Committee, Inc. of Mahwah, New Jersey is a committee of volunteers working with the township administration to raise funds for a new, state-of-the-art playground for our children on the Winter property on E. Ramapo Avenue. The group is a non-profit, charitable entity.
We are asking for your help to make this vision a reality.

Winter’s Park is a true historical asset to the township of Mahwah.
The Winter family donated the 17 acre property to the township in 1961. In February 1962, the property was dedicated as a park.  In 1992, a group of volunteers built the existing playground on the property. Over twenty years later, the state of the current playground area at Winter’s Park is poor and must be rebuilt for the next generation of children to enjoy. Our plan includes new, ADA compliant equipment, installation, and playground mulch, a requirement for a safe play environment. Your donation will bring us one step closer to providing a safe and fun environment for our children. One they deserve and one our community deserves.
