Maximize Your Brick Fundraiser with PR and Marketing Boosts

Spring Cleaning of Engraved Brick Projects

Spring has finally sprung and now is a great time to do the annual cleaning of your brick engraving projects. Once your engraved bricks have had their spring cleaning taking some pictures will give you a great opportunity to update your social media pages like Facebook, or Instagram and give your followers a reminder that your brick fundraising campaign is ongoing. It would also be a good idea to send an update to people who are on your fundraising mailing list.

Plan Your Fundraising Campaign Budget

If you have a set amount of money you need to raise, be sure to let them know how much has been raised and how much you still need to make your brick fundraising campaign goal.

If you have no set goal and this is an ongoing brick fundraiser let them know what some funds have been used for in the previous year, this will help them to feel as though their contribution made a difference for your organization.

  1. Did you make any purchases with money raised by your brick fundraiser?
  2. Did you make any repairs or updates to the facilities?
  3. Did you take any important trips with the organization with the money collected?

Take New Action to Increase the Revenue of your Brick Fundraiser

It is good to brag and let people know what you have done with their brick donations, this helps to make them feel invested in your cause. Be sure to thank them for their support, you can also include an order form so they can make a new contribution to your fundraising campaign.

Hold Events to Promote Fundraising Ideas

Many charitable organizations hold events with the onset of spring. Some events include dances, galas, picnics, and sporting events. Set aside an area at these events where you can set up a table with a few engraved brick and tile samples as well as flyers with details on your fundraiser and of course order forms. You could also have an electronic kiosk where event attendees may order engraved bricks and engraved tiles through your FREE donor website with Polar Engraving.
