The Chinese New Year is China’s most important holiday of the year, which lasts seven days total. Each New Year is represented by a Zodiac animal sign. For instance, the animal that represents 2020 is a Rat, therefore anyone born in the year 2020 will fall into the “rat” category. Much excitement already revolves around this holiday, so incorporating your brick fundraising into it, is a great opportunity to increase your engraved bricks sales.
Offer free zodiac clip art with each brick purchased

In China, red envelopes are given out by adults to children with money in it. For your brick project, you can do a red envelope deal that incorporates a discount into your fundraiser. Instead of putting money into the envelopes, you can put in coupons that anyone can use during the time of the New Year.
Have a decoration party
At your decoration party, you can create lanterns, upside down fu, dui lian and paper cutting. At the party, you can promote your brick fundraiser while welcoming in the New Year.
