Purchase a brick
today for yourself or in honor, memory or appreciation for the volunteers,
partners, donors, patients or friends that have impacted the lives of our
neighbors for over 20 years.
Your brick will be proudly displayed in
the new Pathway to Health Garden at Tri City Health Partnership. This beautiful
walkway was generously donated by the Wheaton Franciscan Sisters, and your personalized
brick will show your support for years to come.
A
traditional 4 x 8 brick is only $100, and a larger, 8 x 8 brick is $150.
Please note that a large portion of the cost will go directly to TCHP and help
continue the mission to care for those in need in Kane County.
